RYLA stands for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, which is an international leadership program for young people, organized by Rotary clubs and districts. The participants aged 13-30 are chosen for their leadership potential are sponsored to attend an event during which they develop their skills as leaders, while having fun and making connections with other young people.
