​World View is a service organization within the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). Its mission is to train North Carolina educators to take an international perspective when teaching. Educators in this program are not only K-12 teachers, but also community college teachers, university professors, and librarians. World View achieves their mission by organizing seminars, symposiums, study abroad trips, and providing online resources. The seminars are about international topics, such as incorporating cultural respect and equity in the classroom, are offered regularly at the UNC campus. Rotary volunteers will introduce the speakers or give talks themselves.
